How we use information We use information to operate accounts, show saved coffees, roasters and cafes, review business claims, manage paid placements, prevent abuse, improve the service, and provide customer support.

Analytics and reporting If analytics consent is accepted, we may record events such as profile views, featured impressions, outbound website clicks, and featured placement conversions. This helps make premium reporting more useful for roasters and cafes. Analytics events are not intended to collect payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Payments Payments are handled by Stripe. Discover My Coffee does not store full card numbers. We may store payment status, subscription status, and featured placement status so paid services can be activated and reported correctly.

Authentication and third-party services The app may use third-party services for authentication, payments, maps, geocoding, hosting, and analytics. These providers process information according to their own policies and are used only where needed to provide the service.

How long information is kept Account, library, business, and payment-status information is kept while your account or listing remains active, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.

Your choices You can update your account details, remove your profile image, change your cookie preferences, and request changes to your business listing. You can also contact us to request account or data changes.
